PWdWA continually seeks to enhance its services, and your feedback is integral to this process. If you have general comments about our services, please take a moment to complete this survey. Additionally, if you wish to share feedback specifically about our Individual Advocacy service, we invite you to participate in this survey.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, you have the option to register a complaint. You may choose to lodge a complaint directly with us, or you can enlist the assistance of another organization to file a complaint on your behalf. Some alternative organisations that can aid you in submitting a complaint include the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office or the Complaints Resolution and Referral Services.
