Masterclass Series: NDIS Rejections

Led by our A/Advocacy Manager, this session will guide participants through the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) process for NDIS matters, including what happens after lodging an appeal, how matters progress through the Tribunal, and what participants can expect at each stage of the process.

The workshop will cover key topics including internal reviews, applying to the ART, case conferences, directions hearings, evidence gathering, Statements of Issues, and practical advocacy strategies for presenting your case effectively. Participants will also gain an understanding of common outcomes, timeframes, and the role of negotiation and settlement throughout the process.

Whether you are appealing an NDIS decision yourself, supporting a family member or friend, or wanting to better understand the ART system, this session offers clear information, practical examples, and the opportunity to ask questions in a safe and welcoming environment.

Perfect for: people with disability, families, carers, support workers, advocates, and anyone wanting to better understand NDIS appeals and the Administrative Review Tribunal process.
